About SONEXA

SONEXA is a free study website and Android app for NEET, JEE, CBSE and NDA practice. By using SONEXA you agree to these terms. Contact: official.sonexa@gmail.com.

Accounts

• You need an account only for community features (doubts, answers, likes, saves, buddies, messages). Practice works without one.
• Keep your password and recovery code private. You are responsible for what is posted from your account.
• One person, one account. Do not pretend to be someone else.

Age rules

• Students under 18 can practise, ask and answer doubts and add buddies of their own age group. Under-18 users should have a parent’s or guardian’s consent; under 13 only with their permission.
• Messages are only for users verified as 18+ through Google sign-in. The date of birth you give must be true. Accounts that give a false age can be removed.
• Buddy requests are only allowed between users in the same age group.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• abuse, bully, harass, threaten or scam anyone;
• share or ask for phone numbers, email addresses, social media IDs or other contact information, or ask people to move to other apps;
• post sexual, hateful, violent or illegal content, spam or ads;
• post personal details or photos of other people;
• copy, scrape or resell SONEXA content.

Post doubts and answers about studies. You keep ownership of what you post and allow SONEXA to show it on the website and app and to let others share links to it.

Moderation

You can block or report any user, doubt, answer or chat. The SONEXA team reviews reports and may remove content, turn off messaging, suspend or delete accounts, without notice when needed for safety. Messages that look like contact sharing are blocked automatically, and new chats start as message requests that the other person can accept or ignore.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, or by emailing official.sonexa@gmail.com. This removes your profile and the content linked to it.

Study content

Questions come from official previous year papers and are reproduced for practice. Scores are for self-assessment only and are not official results. We try to keep questions and answers correct, but mistakes can exist; answers from other users are their own views. Please report mistakes.

No warranty

SONEXA is free and provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss from using or relying on it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use SONEXA after a change means you accept the updated terms.
